Technikum Laubholz is an independent, non-university research institution that was founded in 2020 on the initiative of the state of Baden-Württemberg. The task of Technikum Laubholz with its approximately 65 employees is to accelerate the development of innovative and high-quality applications for hardwood and to occupy a leading international position for Baden-Württemberg in the use of hardwood-based raw materials.

YOUR TASKS
- Acquiring new customers and building up a network as well as maintaining existing customer relationships
- Analyzing and determining demand in the target markets
- Presentation and sale of our service packages, such as consulting in the field of bioeconomic transformation or contract development of wood-based product ideas or prototype production using our own pilot plants
- Preparation and follow-up of offers
- Participation in trade fairs and events to acquire customers and build up the network
- Coordination and monitoring of internal order processes, from quotation calculation to invoicing
- Collaboration with other specialist departments to ensure smooth order processing
- Maintaining and updating order data in the CRM and ERP system
- Creating and maintaining the internal reporting system
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- Completed commercial training, e.g. industrial clerk, office management clerk, wholesale and foreign trade management clerk or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the field of sustainable products or technologies or other products/services requiring explanation
- Confident knowledge in order processing and in dealing with ERP and CRM systems as well as MS Office
- Very good German and good English skills
- Willingness to travel approx. 20% of the time
