Technikum Laubholz is an independent, non-university research institution that was founded in 2020 on the initiative of the state of Baden-Württemberg. The task of Technikum Laubholz with its approximately 70 employees is to accelerate the development of innovative and high-quality applications for hardwood and to occupy a leading international position for Baden-Württemberg in the use of hardwood-based raw materials.

YOUR TASKS

• Preparation, execution, and follow-up of chemical wood digestion and other chemical processes
• Support in the development and optimization of analytical methods
• Conducting measurements in accordance with laboratory standards
• Careful evaluation and documentation of work and measurement results
• Responsibility for laboratory equipment: maintenance, calibration, and equipment documentation
• Collaboration within a cross-departmental project team
• Participation in continuing education and training programs

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• Practical work experience in a chemical laboratory
• Experience in carrying out chemical processes in the field of organic chemistry
• Experience in the field of instrumental analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of German; knowledge of English is a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently to our Blaubeuren location during the transition phase until the end of 2026
