Technikum Laubholz is an independent, non-university research institution that was founded in 2020 on the initiative of the state of Baden-Württemberg. The task of Technikum Laubholz with its approximately 65 employees is to accelerate the development of innovative and high-quality applications for hardwood and to occupy a leading international position for Baden-Württemberg in the use of hardwood-based raw materials.

YOUR TASKS
- Management support: Organizational and administrative support, deadline and deadline control, correspondence (German/English), e-mail management.
- Organization: Planning, preparation and follow-up of conferences, meetings, workshops and business trips.
- Office management: administration of the post office, company accommodation, meeting rooms, vehicle fleet and orders (e.g. catering, office supplies).
- Preparation of documents: minutes, reports, presentations; data analysis and preparation for decision-making.
- Contract and subscription management: process creation/optimization and support in administrative processes.
- Interface to management: contact person for employees and external partners.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- Bachelor’s degree or completed commercial training, e.g. as an office management assistant, commercial assistant or business assistant in the office/secretarial field (m/f/d) or similar
- At least initial professional experience in an assistant position
- Ideally experience in working with politics, universities and industry
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Very good German and good English skills
- Trustworthiness and discretion
