Technikum Laubholz is an independent, non-university research institution that was founded in 2020 on the initiative of the state of Baden-Württemberg. The task of Technikum Laubholz with its approximately 65 employees is to accelerate the development of innovative and high-quality applications for hardwood and to occupy a leading international position for Baden-Württemberg in the use of hardwood-based raw materials.

YOUR TASKS
- Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies, campaigns, and measures to position our brand and products in a targeted manner.
- Planning and managing digital and traditional marketing activities (e.g. social media, email marketing, print, events).
- Creating compelling content for various channels (website, blog, social media, press releases, etc.).
- Monitoring the success and optimization of marketing campaigns through KPIs and analyses.
- Collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and external service providers.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a comparable position.
- Sound knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media management, and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
- Creativity and a feel for trends and target groups.
