  • Steering of several projects from the application to the end of the project
  • Goal-oriented clarification of tasks, planning and implementation of projects
  • Preparation of project plans and project budgets as well as project controlling
  • Management, control and coordination of specialists and cross-sectional functions with regard to project performance, budget, deadlines and risks
  • Managing project communication with internal and external stakeholders and other project participants
  • Control of reporting and change management
  • Organisation, implementation and documentation of workshops and project committee meetings
  • Data protection coordination for the leading projects
  • Reporting on projects to the next line manager
  • Further development of project management methods and standards



  • Completed university studies (Uni/FH) or completed training in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Training as a certified project manager
  • Several years of professional experience in (multi-) project management in industry as well as in controlling project portfolios and optimising processes
  • Industry-specific knowledge in the field of fibres and textiles, packaging materials, wood pulping or biochemistry desirable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of project management and the corresponding methods
  • Knowledge of project management, risk management
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Project
  • Hands-on mentality and assertiveness
