  • Responsibility for the entire spectrum of operational and administrative personnel management, recruiting as well as for special topics and projects.
  • Responsibility for personnel support from on-boarding to off-boarding: preparation of contract documents, certificates and references as well as implementation of individual contractual measures.
  • Recruiting in cooperation with a recruiter: from job advertisements and applicant management to arranging and conducting interviews.
  • Implementation of strategic and operational special projects
  • Maintaining all relevant data and information in order to provide important key personnel figures and to create statistics and evaluations
  • Interface to the outsourced payroll accounting system
  • Implementation of the (further) development, structuring and systematisation of personnel processes (evaluation and feedback rounds, personnel development plans, onboarding/offboarding etc.)
  • Advising and supporting managers and staff in all relevant HR issues, such as labour law, staff deployment, staff development, recruitment, salary issues, maternity and parental leave, target agreements
  • Opportunities for further development and taking on more responsibility by working in various areas of HR support in a start-up.



  • Completed university studies (business administration, social sciences), bachelor’s degree
  • Human resources manager with many years of relevant professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in operational personnel work in research, industry or agile companies
  • Initial knowledge of labour, social security and wage tax law
  • Practised handling of ERP systems incl. specification, introduction, CIP desirable
  • Personnel management in agile companies
  • Experience in project management
  • Focus on sustainability and qualitatively valuable human resources work
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, high social competence and enjoyment in dealing with people
  • Hands on mentality in day-to-day operations
  • High level of commitment
  • Adherence to deadlines, organisational skills and discretion
  • Great interest in the task and in the company
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Commitment and analytical thinking
